Database server upgrades

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

From time to time we need to make updates to systems which require temporarily going offline. These are routine outages which we work hard to limit and schedule at times that will be of the least inconvenience to you.

To keep your site safe and performing at an optimum level we have scheduled some maintenance time from approximately 11:00PM to midnight on Tuesday 11th September 2018. During this time your site will be briefly offline but will be back on right after.

We'll be upgrading our database server, doubling hardware capacity, and updating the operating system and database to the latest versions.

This will involve all sites being offline for a small amount of time (hopefully less than 30 minutes).
