Fastly has now recovered from this issue.
Fastly has identified and fixed the problem, services should be returning to normal soon.
Currently Fastly is having issues: https://status.fastly.com/incidents/vpk0ssybt3bj
This will not impact the majority of our hosted sites directly as we don't use Fastly, however other related services may have issues from this global outage.
