After monitoring our servers and hosted websites since the incident last night - everything is up and running, so we're closing this incident.
This was a temporary networking problem from our provider which caused sites to be inaccessible. All servers were up and running during this time, so all data was kept safe - however no web requests could be sent to them during this time.
We'll be waiting for a post-mortem from our provider in the coming days.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email us (studio@dev.ngo) and we'll be more than happy to help.
Network connectivity was restored at around 00:05 BST.
We're currently keeping a close eye on the status of our servers to ensure everything is working as expected.
We're still waiting for a fix to be implemented, and will keep you updated once we have more news.
