All of our servers and hosted websites are still up and running after the problems last night, and as it's been roughly 11 hours - we're closing this incident.
This was due to a network configuration change from our provider which had unindented consequences: https://status.linode.com/incidents/qcb6ksmsmz40. We'll be waiting for a full post-mortem, as this is falling well below our expected level of service from our provider.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email us (studio@dev.ngo) and we'll be more than happy to help.
Network connectivity has been restored, websites are accessible again and are currently working as expected.
We'll keep an eye on the situation for the next few hours to make sure everything is okay.
Our provider is currently investigating the issue and is working on restoring connectivity: https://status.linode.com/incidents/qcb6ksmsmz40
